Getting your test results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

in your NHS account(through the NHS website or NHS App)
in your Patient Access account
phone us on 0191 300 9889 or visit us between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm and we will tell you what the results are.

Hospital Requests

If a consultant or clinician from elsewhere has requested a test. To gain the result you would have to wait to be contacted by them or contact them yourself.
