Additional Surgery Site/Branch Surgery

Dear all,

Due to the significant growth in patient list size over the last few years, we have had to recruit more staff (doctors and others). We have therefore outgrown our current premises and have, for the last couple of years, been in the process of negotiating an extension of our current premises in Trinity Square, utilising the rooms previously used by QE Hospital for their X-ray facility. Unfortunately, there have been repeated delays in this process, and we are therefore going to be using the site of Metro Interchange Surgery, on Jackson Street, a short distance away from our current site, as an additional site, or branch surgery for the next few months.

If you have an appointment, please clarify when booking which site it will be at. If you have mobility issues, please let our reception team know when booking as access from the Tesco car park to our main site will likely be easier. We hope for your understanding, and take this option only because the alternative would be to have declined the chance to recruit new staff, when we know that these staff are vital to meet the needs of our patients.
