Care Navigator/Admin

Effective care navigation is important to provide coordinated person-centred care and support. Care navigators play a crucial part in helping people gain the right support, at the right time, to help manage a wide range of needs. Our staff are trained in care navigation and may ask you to explain the issue but be assured they are bound to the same confidentiality agreements as the Doctors within the practice.

The staff help to keep the practice organised and running smoothly, as well as answering the telephone and directing patients. They perform a multitude of clerical and administrative duties. You may talk to them and seek advice in confidence, and they will advise on whom you should best see if your problem requires further attention. A private area can be made available for confidential discussions if required.

Training Practice

Dr Evans and our other doctors work with medical students of all parts of their study during term time. Subject to the patient's agreement, students may sometimes attend with the doctor at consultations.
