Expected Standards of Patients' Behaviour

Bridges medical practice expected standards of patient behaviour:

The following behaviours may lead to removal from our patient list:

1. Dishonesty

2. Rude/abusive or threatening behaviour

3. Wasting of appointments (not attending and not cancelling)

We expect the following standards of behaviour:

  • Cancelling appointments which are not needed
  • Treating all staff with respect
  • Punctuality

We aim to treat patients with dignity and respect.
